Shipping Information

Orders placed on working days before 7:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Our delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery of DHL or PostNL (delivery company selected by you). Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

 

Discretely packed 100% anonymous:

For many of our customers it is important that our packages are delivered discreetly. That means: the outside of a box does not show what is inside. It is mandatory to state the sender on a package. We state a name other than ORIGINALTKTX.COM on the address sticker. This way, even the delivery person cannot see that you have placed an order with us.

 

Delivery time:

You will receive a Track and Trace by e-mail with which you can track the order. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 08:00 and 18:00. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

 

Netherlands = 1 - 2 working days.

Europe = 2 - 10 business days.

International = 5 - 14 business days.

 

Delivery to a collection point:

You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to a collection point. You decide where your package will be delivered and when you will pick it up. There is always a DHL or PostNL location near you. You can pick up the package within a week, after which the package will be returned.

 

 

Have your order delivered to your home for free:

Spend at least 75 euros for free shipping! Top up your order up to 75 euros and we will deliver the items to your home for free. For orders under 50 euros you pay the following shipping costs.

The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. Below are the costs of the most chosen countries.

 

Netherlands - 7.10 euros

Belgium - 15.90 euros

Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Italy and Sweden - 15.90 euros

 

DHL EXPRESS

Delivery's needed in 1 or 2 days can be meet using DHL express. Again, once we have shipped the parcels from our side we still cant guarantee the time of delivery. 

 

Free pick up:

You can pick up your order free of charge at our location in Almere (the Netherlands). This is only possible by appointment! You can make an appointment for this via our Customer Service.

14 DAYS REVIEW PERIOD!

Do you no longer need the product or is the product not as expected? At ORIGINALTKTX.COM we offer you the guarantee to return within 14 days of receipt and get your purchase amount back. When you have reported that you want to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned to Originaltktx.com within 14 days.

 

For sealed products, these can only be accepted for return unopened and in undamaged condition (any seal intact).

 

Returns are processed within 14 working days after your product(s) have been delivered to us. The purchase amount will be refunded within this period.
